Manuel Machado Couto, 65, of Modesto passed away Saturday, Aug. 9, 2014.

Survivors include his four children, Jimmy Couto, Theresa (Paul) Martinho, Mike (Stephanie) Couto and Charlie (Norma) Couto; seven grandchildren, Gabriella, Marcio, Michael, Charlie, Peyton, Aaron and Mariah.

He was preceded in death by his wife Mary Jo Couto.

Services will be held at Lakewood Memorial Park and Funeral Home on Friday, Aug. 15 with visitation from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. followed by a funeral service at 1 p.m.
