Geneva Lee (Gold) McGuire, 74, died Tuesday, April 16.

She was born to parents Rolla and Helen Gold at Stanislaus County Hospital in Modesto. She was raised and schooled in Oakdale.

She was married to Bud McGuire.

Mrs. McGuire lived in and around Oakdale and Riverbank most of her life. She loved to fish and raise dogs and cats. In her spare time she restored antique furniture and old clocks.

She is survived by her son, Kenneth Leon Blair of Oklahoma; sister, Evelyn (Gold) Osteen of Turlock; and five grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters; one brother; and two infant children.

Visitation was held on April 23 at Lakewood Funeral Home. A graveside service will be at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, April 24 at Lakewood Memorial Park (Sunrise Garden), 900 Santa Fe Ave., Hughson.
