Euman ‘Butch’ O. Shaw, 74, died Friday, Nov. 13 at Alexander Cohen Hospice House.

He was a native of Oklahoma and lived in Oakdale for 50 years.

Mr. Shaw served in the U.S. Army.

He had worked as a laborer for West Valley Construction for 28 years.

He was a member of the Oakdale Masonic Lodge and Scottish Rite Bodies.

He is survived by his wife, Judy Shaw of Oakdale; children, Brenda Shaw of Sacramento, Gwen Newport of Arkansas, Roy Shaw of Ripon; stepchildren, Kenneth Rorabaugh of Modesto, Jim Rorabaugh of Washington, Dave Rorabaugh of Oakdale; and 10 grandchildren.

Private family viewing. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 20 at Oakdale Citizen’s Cemetery.

Oakdale-Riverbank Memorial Chapels in charge of arrangements.
