He was a native of Keota, OK. He lived in Oakdale for 12 years.

Mr. Nixon was a tile setter for 30 years.

Survivors include his children, Kim Walters of Chico, Kelly Malloy of South Lake Tahoe; mother and stepfather, Heather Mander and Danny Mander; sister, Vicki O’Shaughnessy, all of Rancho Murieta; three grandchildren; and his friend, Jenny May of Oakdale.

He was preceded in death by his father, Loyd Nixon; and brother, Gary Nixon.

Services have been held.
