Dale Birch, beloved wife of Bob Birch for 54 years, mother to Kim Alley, mother-in-law to Jerry Alley, grandmother to Siena Alley, sister to Denny Dunn, and friend to many passed away October 7, 2019 with her family by her side. Born January 13, 1947 in Oakland, CA she later moved to Oakdale and was a resident for 33 years. She touched many people, and will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
