Dahlia Marie Smith, five-week-old infant, died Tuesday, Dec. 11 in Oakdale.

She was born in Oakdale.

She is survived by her parents, A.J. and Nikki Smith; siblings, Madison and Alexis Smith, all of Oakdale; grandparents, Carol Todd, Jack Todd, both of Oakdale; Karen Young of Reno, Nev., Alan Smith of Riverbank; aunt and uncle, John and Heather Vieira; and one cousin, all of Oakdale.

A celebration of life will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 22 at Oakdale Memorial Chapel. A reception will follow at the Oakdale FES hall.
