Bruce was a long time resident of Oakdale, CA. He was born to Irva Lee and Beatrice Webb of Leveland, Texas. Bruce moved to Oakdale, CA and married Mary E. Brady. He was a walnut farmer most of his life and served in Korea in the United States army and was an avid and proficient bowler whom had bowled several 300 games during his lifetime.
Bruce was preceded in his death by brothers Lloyd, Byron, Oscar, Walter, and Jerry, and a sister Edith and a grandson Michael Lee Webb. Bruce is survived by his wife Mary E. Webb, brother Rothel Neil Webb, oldest son Charles Bruce and Melodie Webb, Steven Arthur and Cindy K. Webb, a daughter Cindy L. (Webb) and husband Dave Meyer. Grandchildren Kelly Webb, Kristopher Webb, Krystal and Ray Yoeman, Kimberly and Tim Pace, Nicholas and Sarah Webb, Tara Webb and 12 great grandchildren.
