Benigna Rodriguez Stevens, 87, of Oakdale died Tuesday, April 28 at the home of her oldest son.
She was one of 12 children born to Longino and Antionia Rodriguez in Guayanilla, Puerto Rico.
She later married her husband who was from Jamestown, NY.
She graduated from Utah State University in 1968. She was a registered nurse and an interpreter in Stanislaus County. She loved to travel and go to yard sales.
She is survived by her children, Roger Ellis Stevens and Daniel James Stevens, both of Oakdale; three brothers; grandchildren, Summer, Amber, Travis, Jr, Bo, Joel, Jessica, and Austin; and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Roger Stevens in 1970.
No services per her request.
