Alice C. Henriques Highfill, 82, passed away peacefully in her home on Thursday, July 10, 2014.

She was born Aug. 8, 1931 to Joe and Mary Henriques in Modesto.

Survivors include her children, Billy Jack Highfill (Brenda), Karrie Shatswell (Farrell); brother Phil Katen; sisters, Bellmedia Martin, Clare Swanson and Emily Cardoza; grandchildren, Clayton Highfill, Megan (Andrew) Thompon and great grandchild, Lilly Grace.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy G. Highfill; parents Joe and Mary; sisters, Francis Henriques, Grace Shaw, Marian Robinson; brothers, William, Joe, Alfred, Frank, Albert and John Henriques.

She will be truly missed by all.
