Work has started on the series of murals being planned to cement Oakdale’s heritage as the Cowboy Capital of the World, with Glynn Mejia shown here working on the bull riding mural along the F Street corridor downtown, in between Second and Third avenues. She and husband Al are working on the mural, which is being sponsored by the Oakdale Tourism and Visitors Bureau.
