The Valley Home Hawks invaded Paradise and definitely left their mark! Both the volleyball and football teams played spirited games and all came away proud to be a Valley Home Hawk. We arrived at Paradise in time to see some really great football and volleyball action! Special thanks to our wonderful coaches. This Friday, Sept. 25th Valley Home will welcome Knights Ferry School. “B” teams (5th & 6th grade) will play at 11:30 a.m. with “A” teams (7th & 8th grades) playing immediately after ... approximately 12:35 p.m. Please come out and support our young people, it will make you proud to live in Valley Home!

We end our column with a heartfelt “Thank You to all” from Don Taro and family: Your kind words, beautiful flowers and your presence at Dad’s funeral service was most appreciated. In Tony Taro’s memory we pen the following, “Seeds planted today, we will reap tomorrow.”
