The processing building would also include administrative space, such as offices, employee break rooms, and bathroom.

Hours of operation are proposed to be Monday through Sunday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and the operation is projected to include 12 employees on a maximum shift.

The current zoning is A-2-10, General Agriculture, and the physical address is 6838 Lon-Dale Road.
