Caltrans crews had the ‘Slow for the Cone Zone’ message boards and cones out along West F Street/Highway 108 during the past week, doing some work along the shoulder in the area of the highway and several cross streets. On Friday morning, the work included that being done at the Oak Avenue intersection, with some traffic delays occurring as a result.
