Young Eagles and ‘grown’ Eagles alike can both partake in the free airplane rides being offered at the Oakdale Airport on Saturday, Oct. 20 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. at 8198 Laughlin Road. Free Young Eagle flights are offered for kids ages eight through 17 who must have a parent or guardians’ signature. A bonus feature added this year includes a limited number of Eagle Flights for big kids ages 18 through 80 as time permits. The program is sponsored by the EAA, (Experimental Aircraft Association) Chapter 90.
