Tiffany Trunnell, of Oakdale, is the new owner of the downtown shop “Boutiques at Tiffany’s” formerly known as “Remember When Again at Nicole’s”. Trunnell is the sister-in-law to prior owner Nicole, and hopes to continue the clientele that she has built.

Trunnell opened her doors on July 1 and is excited for what is to come. Boutiques at Tiffany’s currently has 31 vendors inside of the store filled with women’s clothing, gifts, home décor, and more. The official grand opening of the boutique is set for Saturday, Aug. 29 at 10 a.m. where the first 40 customers to purchase something will receive a ‘swag bag’ filled with different items from the vendors. The official grand opening flyer also indicates that once they run out of swag bags, they will be handing out tickets for raffles. You earn a ticket with each purchase. There will also be snacks.

While the pandemic has made it harder to get people to come into the shop, Trunnell is hopeful for the future and believes in the strong Oakdale community.

Boutiques at Tiffany’s also offer alterations and dry cleaning done by Denise Montez, who used to operate Sara’s Dry Cleaning on the west side of town. Trunnell mentioned that Signs by Randy was a huge part of helping her open by doing all of the new signs for the boutique.

Boutiques at Tiffany’s is at 122 N. Third Ave., Oakdale. Hours of operation are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and the boutique is closed Wednesdays and Sundays. For more information, you can find Boutiques at Tiffany’s on Facebook.
