The Oakdale Morning Market wrapped up its 2025 run on Saturday, Sept. 27, with a downtown celebration featuring live music, children’s activities, food vendors and more than 65 participants, not to mention throngs of shoppers.
The weekly event, organized by Love Oakdale, ran each Saturday morning from May 3 through Sept. 27 along North Third Avenue. Over the course of the season, the market featured more than 100 vendors ranging from local produce growers and artisans to food trucks, nonprofit groups and live performers.
“This weekend is our last Morning Market of 2025, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you downtown,” organizers said in a social media post ahead of the final event.
Highlights of the closing market included live music from Matt Davis, an artist-in-residence showcase by Chris Evans, and a Kids Corner craft activity sponsored by Rustic Den Boutique and Love Oakdale. Attendees also had access to a bike valet service through Oakdale Bike Shop, “Taste of the Market” offerings from 11 food vendors, and information from featured nonprofit Without Permission.
The market received support from local sponsors including Bank of Stockton, Oak Valley Hospital, SIG Solar and Greet Oakdale.
Organizers thanked the community for its support and said the market would return next spring.
It has quickly become a weekend staple, drawing attendees from a wide area to Oakdale’s downtown corridor.
