Crews continue work all along the East C Street corridor, here on the far eastern end of the project, off North Sixth Avenue, where new water lines are going in. Much of East C Street is torn up, from North Sixth to North Third Avenue, as improvements are made and the roadway put back together. Traffic detours are in place.
