The Christmas parade was last Sunday on Main Street. The weather was pleasant and the locals really got into the holiday spirit decorating their scooters, quads, cars, and animals for the parade. Everyone and everything was decked out in red and green, with silly hats, reindeer antlers, elf ears, Christmas lights, and jingle bells!

Thursday is the Community Christmas dinner at the Community Club on December 7th at 6pm. Bring a side dish or dessert to share and enjoy good community friendship. The Club members have been hard at work decorating the Clubhouse and setting up the Christmas tree. Everyone is welcome to attend!

The Knights Ferry Art Studio is offering a hand wood carving sculpture class led by Kaye Jesperson on December 9th from 12pm-3pm. The cost is $50 to participate. Contact the Knights Ferry Art Studio on their Facebook page, through email at knightsferryartstudio@gmail.com or stop by the shop during their business hours for more information!

Knights Ferry School has a Giving Tree set up in the school office with Knights Ferry families in need. Contact the office at (209) 881-3382 if you are interested in helping these families. I hear they have a Venmo account to donate money to help purchase items for these local families!
