Local service organization Soroptimist International of Oakdale’s annual Holiday Luncheon will serve up a festive meal, along with both live and silent auctions and music by the Oakdale Silver Strummers. The event will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 6, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Gene Bianchi Community Center, 110 S. Second Ave., in Oakdale. The event includes lunch catered by Chef Louis Chiero of Event Advantage.

There will be opportunity drawings and silent auctions for holiday themed baskets and gifts. New, for this year, there will be a live dessert auction. Tickets are $40.
