Traffic had to slow down a bit on Tuesday, July 5 in downtown Oakdale following an early afternoon incident. Here, at the intersection of South Yosemite Avenue and East F Street, a hay truck lost a load of hay bales, tipping over along the side of the street and sidewalk just through the intersection onto East F Street.
