Three dozen homes have made the list for the Oakdale ‘Halloween House’ viewing route, signing up to have their homes it up and on display this month.

The ‘drive by’ schedule runs from Saturday, Oct. 23 through Sunday, Oct. 31, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., when the homes will be lit up for the spooky procession.

There is one home best viewed during the day – at 2818 Tioga – but the rest should be fine for nighttime fun.

The suggested route starts at 534 Clydesdale Court and ends at 10809 Goldsborough Circle, with homes throughout the community.

As listed, the stops are: 534 Clydesdale Court; 676 Branding Iron Street; 1232 Bluegrass Court; 673, 678 and 6435 Ranger Street; 608 and 712 Stetson Drive; 1751 Vintage Circle; 1796, 1772 and 1760 Parkside Way. Also, 1732 Churchill Downs Circle; 779 Three Chimneys Way; 2220 Mustang Drive; 2205 Campolina Way; 530 Messara Court; 2947 Grange Street; 2818 Tioga Avenue; 2908 and 2824 Westport Circle; 441 Cresta Court, which is best viewed from the porch.

Back in the car, continue on to 32 Reed Road; 61 Obsidian Drive; 1259 W. H Street; 334 Wanda Way; 205 E. H Street.

Then, go to the porch for the best experience at 130 N. Third Avenue; return to your vehicle and continue to 650 N. Third Avenue; then head to 835 Vista Villa Court; 1020 Skyview Drive; 1265 River Bluff Drive; 331 Trevor Avenue; 10001 Plaza De Oro; 9705 Atlas Road; and finish at 10809 Goldsborough Circle. Remember, the houses are spookiest in the dark, and homeowners will have the houses available for lighted display Oct. 23 through Oct. 31, 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. nightly.
