Aspiring artist and Fair Oaks Elementary sixth grader, Kenadee Martinez recently paid a visit to Apparel Graphics, left, to sign off on the proof of her art work. The Fair Oaks sixth grader submitted the winning art piece, right, for this year’s Oakdale Elementary School Jog-a-thon T-shirts. Kick-offs for the Oct. 14 event were hosted at elementary schools this past week and students will now be seeking sponsorships. Kenadee’s art will grace over 2500 shirts worn throughout the district.
