8:49 a.m. — Vandalism reported on North Second Avenue.

1:10 p.m. — Petty theft reported on Branding Iron Street. Bike taken from front of residence.

5:03 p.m. — Arrest for open container on South Second Avenue. Subject sitting on bench, screaming profanities with an open container.

 

FRIDAY, SEPT. 15

12:33 a.m. — Vehicle reported stolen on East F Street. Truck with ladder rack and tools taken.

10:43 a.m. — Arrest on Birdwell Street for drug violations.

12:05 p.m. — Identity theft reported on Silvio Way. Unknown person attempted to open a bank account in reporting party’s name.

1:38 p.m. — Petty theft reported on Shadyside Court. Garbage can taken.

3:16 p.m. — Arrest on North Yosemite Avenue.

7:06 p.m. — Animal incident reported on Poplar Street. Dog neglect reported, no food, lying in feces, water filled with algae.

8:08 p.m. — Drug arrest on North Yosemite Avenue. Transients sleeping inside the lot and dumpster.

7:51 a.m. — Petty theft reported on East I Street. Windows broken out of vehicle.

9:32 a.m. — Drug arrest on South Yosemite Avenue.

9:33 a.m. — Complaint reported on North Yosemite Avenue. Male and female transients set up camp on the side of the building.

10:19 a.m. — Trespassing reported on Terrace Drive. Man attempting to get into residence.

10:55 a.m. — Warrant arrest on West F Street.

11:39 a.m. — Petty theft reported on East F Street. Lost or stolen license plates.

11:41 a.m. — Petty theft reported on Jacob Way. Items taken from unlocked vehicle.

4:30 p.m. — Warrant arrest on East F Street.

4:57 p.m. — Forgery reported on West J Street. Fraudulent checks reported.

5:14 p.m. — Report of brandishing a weapon on East H Street and South Third Avenue. Reporting party states a dark blue vehicle, possibly a Honda, with dark, tinted windows came along side, rolled down the window and the passenger pointed a gun and pulled the trigger but the gun didn’t go off.

 

TUESDAY, SEPT. 12

3:39 a.m. — Traffic stop on Post Road and Armstrong Way resulted in arrest for a drug warrant as well as stolen property.

2:14 p.m. — Reckless driving reported on South Maag Avenue. Jeep swerving all over the road.

3:09 p.m. — Burglary reported on Ackley Circle.

3:17 p.m.— Arrest for delaying or obstructing justice on East G Street. Subject seen harassing motorists, later found at Wood Park hitting his head against a pole.

4:46 p.m. — Petty theft reported on North Yosemite Avenue.

10:20 p.m. — Petty theft reported on South First Avenue. Bike taken from gated yard.

 

MONDAY, SEPT. 11

7:17 a.m. — Trespassing reported on North Sierra Avenue.

10:06 a.m.  — Traffic stop on East G Street. Arrest on one felony Modesto Police Department warrant.

10:16 a.m. — Petty theft reported on Barton Parkway. Trash can stolen.

10:27 a.m. — Petty theft reported on California Avenue.

11:08 a.m. — Burglary reported on North Fifth Avenue. Subjects seen going into empty house.

1:59 p.m. — Burglary reported on South Sixth Avenue.
