The couple will unite in marriage on June 17, 2011 at the Latter-day Saints Temple in Idaho Falls, Idaho.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Nilto M. da Silva and Jussara C. e Silva of Curitiba, Brazil and is a graduate of Utah State University in Logan, Utah. Her brother is Christopher Chaves e Silva of Qatar.
The prospective groom is the son of Eron and Marcie Grisham of Oakdale. He graduated from Oakdale High School in 2001 and is also a 2010 graduate of Brigham Young University-Idaho. He is a rehabilitation technician for the state of Idaho. His siblings are brother Todd Grisham of Oakdale and sister Tomie Anne Bitton of Yuba City.
The couple plans an open house reception in Oakdale on June 24. They plan a Hawaiian honeymoon and will make their home in Rexburg, Idaho.
