Victor and Amla Jacobo of Oakdale welcomed the arrival of their son, Santiago Jacobo-Moreno, on Sept 21, 2010. He weighed six pounds, nine ounces on arrival at Oak Valley Hospital.

The mother is the former Amla Moreno.

Welcoming the newcomer home was big brother Victor Jacobo.

Mario and Rosa Maria Moreno of Culiacan Sinaloa, Mexico are the maternal grandparents.
