A daughter, Caroline Anne Thrasher, was born to expectant parents Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Thrasher of Reno, NV on Tuesday, June 1, 2010 in Saint Mary’s Regional Medical Center. She weighed 7 pounds, 15 ounces and measured 21 inches long. She is the second daughter for the couple.The mother is the former Katie Devany.Maternal grandparents are Mimi and Don Devany of Fresno.Paternal grandparents are Brenda and Fred Thieman of Oakdale and Greg Thrasher of Hayward.
