A girl, Arabella Jewel Foster, was born May 19, 2010 to expectant parents A.J. and Rachelle Foster of Oakdale. The newborn weighed seven pounds, eight ounces upon arrival at Oak Valley Hospital.

The mother is the former Rachelle Bergwerff.

John and Brenda Bergwerff of Oakdale are the maternal grandparents.
