Nicolle Diane Granucci-Huckaby, 43, died Friday, Jan. 10 in Oakdale.

She was born in Carmel. She graduated from East Union High School in Manteca in 1988 and went on to Humphreys School of Law in 1990.

Ms. Granucci-Huckaby worked as paralegal for the past 23 years. She was also in the process of getting her real estate license.

She was a resident of Oakdale for 21 years.

She enjoyed jet skiing, camping, trips to Tahoe, going on motorcycle rides, and spending a lot of time with her friends, family, children and especially her granddaughter Abby, with whom she would have long conversations.

She will be truly missed by her family, friends, and those who knew her.

She is survived by her loving children, Jennifer Huckaby of Oakdale, Brittani Huckaby of Fresno, Karl Joe Huckaby of Manteca, Madison Diaz of Oakdale; parents, Bradley and Theresa Evans of Allentown, Penn., and Frederick Granucci of Valley Springs; sister, Victoria Granucci-Jones of Crows Landing; granddaughter, Abigail Arellano of Oakdale; and nephew, Timothy Jones of Manteca.

She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Florence Williams.

A celebration of life was held Jan. 18 at Ryderz in Oakdale. Her family thanks all who were able to attend for their love, support and prayers.
