The City of Oakdale announced Friday morning that a road closure due to construction is planned for all day Friday, Aug. 18.

Delano Drive between South Yosemite and Wakefield Drive will be closed for the work.

During construction, Delano Drive will have limited access. Eastbound lane on Delano Drive between South Yosemite and Wakefield Drive will be closed through 4 p.m., according to the notice.

Alternate routes are recommended for motorists but if you must use the route, allow for extra time.
