Royce Memorial Plunge is open. Open swim weekends only from noon to 5:00 p.m. through September 3rd.
Saturday, August 19th – Movies Under the Stars – Dusk. “Finding Dory” – presented by Center for Human Services. Cottles Woods Park Ventanas Avenue and East J Street.
Sunday, August 27th – Line Dancing Fun Sunday 1:00 p.m. Kick up your heels and join other dancers for a day of line dancing and fun. Admission $7.00; bring comfortable shoes and a snack. Gladys Lemmons Senior Center 450 East A Street.
Tuesday Evenings – Oakdale Community Band Rehearsals – 6:30 p.m. Pick up your instrument, dust it off and get ready to play! There are no auditions for this band, come on down to the Senior Center Tuesday nights to rehearse. Fee $10 per year. Gladys Lemmons Senior Center 450 East A Street.
Thursday Evenings – Line Dancing. Intro to Line Dancing/Beginners - 4:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Line Dancing for intermediate dancers 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. These classes are continuous programs that can be joined anytime with the purchase of a punch card. $30.00 for a 6 class punch card. All classes are at the Gladys Lemmons Senior Community Center, 450 East A Street.

Tuesday, August 15, 2017 – Age Well, Drive Smart. California Highway Patrol’s Senior Driving Course – 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. This 2-hour course includes instruction on driving safety, basic road courtesy and other information on improving driving performance. You will also receive updates on changes to rules of the road and vehicle equipment. For more information or to RSVP, contact the Berryhill District Office at (209) 848-8001. Seating is limited.
