A girl, Mikaella Grace Victorio, was born Sept. 30, 2010 to expectant parents Arlando and Marie Cecilia Victorio of Malabon, Philippines. The newborn weighed seven pounds, seven ounces upon arrival at Oak Valley Hospital.

The mother is the former Maria Cecilia de Lara.

Welcoming the newborn home were older siblings Samantha Beatrice and Ysabella Reine.

Maternal grandparent is Victoria M. de Lara of Malabon.

Paternal grandparents are Armando and Natividad Victorio of Navotas, Philippines.
