Maryann (Miller) Laub, 55, died Monday, Oct. 1.

She was born in La Mirada and was a resident of Oakdale for the past 24 years.

Mrs. Laub worked at various places throughout Oakdale for many years and was loved by many.

She is survived by her loving husband of 12 years, Lamar Laub; brother, Ray (Joy) Miller Jr. of Rancho Cucamonga; brother-in-law, Craig Laub of Oakdale; brother-in-law David Laub and sister-in-law Jeannette of Palm Coast, Fla.; two nephews; and two nieces.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Jeannette Miller.

A viewing will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 10 at Oakdale Memorial Chapel. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 11, also at the chapel, with pastor Tim Huber officiating. Burial will immediately follow at Burwood Cemetery, Escalon. Friends and family are then invited to celebrate her life at 2 p.m. that day at Grace Lutheran Church in the Luther Hall, 617 W. Orangeburg Drive, Modesto.
