MARY BEATRICE FRIEL
01/12/1928-2/25/2015
   Mary Beatrice Friel was born on January 12, 1928 to parents, Dudley and Laura Hall in Carlisle, Arkansas. She passed away peacefully on February 25, 2015 in Merced, California at the age of 87. She enjoyed quilting, sewing and embroidery. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
   Mary is preceded in death by her parents, Dudley and Laura Hall, her loving husband George Le Grand Friel, sisters; Esther Hall, Evelyn Matlock, Etta Mae Johnson her brothers; Lonzo Hall, Robert Hall, Pete Hall, Wesley Hall and Leroy Hall.
   Mary is survived by her sons and daughter-in-laws Alan Le Grand Friel (Glenda) (Esther), George Lee Friel(Sharon), seven grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
   Visitation will be held on Friday, March 6, 2015 from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Ivers & Alcorn Funeral Home located at 901 W. Main Street in Merced. Graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 7, 2015 at Winton District Cemetery located at 7651 W. Almond Avenue in Winton.
