We have sad news this week in Valley Home. Richard Mullins, husband of Winnie, passed away suddenly on Saturday afternoon at their home. He was a strong, quiet man with a great sense of humor who loved and cared for his family. The family wants to thank all those who helped: ditch tenders, paramedics, firefighters and sheriff. Richard will be sorely missed.

The community also wants to remember a great Valley Home lady, Donnie Taro’s mother, Claire, who would have had a birthday this week.

Congratulations to all graduates! Valley Home eighth grade graduation is on May 25.
A big congratulations to R.C. Cope who graduates eighth grade on May 26 and celebrates his birthday on the 29th! Also Patrick Rocha turned 18 last week and will graduate from OHS on the 26th!
