Motorists will find delays along East F Street in Oakdale on Monday and Tuesday, Feb. 3 and 4.

Encroachment permit work will be done between Second and Third avenues on East F Street, from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. each day. Traffic in the area will see lane shifts in both the eastbound and westbound lanes. Motorists are advised to use alternate routes.
