Vanetta Sipe has been going to the Oakdale Rodeo ever since she can remember. She continues to work at the family’s concession stand serving up corn dogs, cotton candy and other favorite fare. This year, she was also the Grand Marshal and, at 99, is excited for her birthday, coming up on June 2, when she will turn 100 years young.
