The Oakdale Saddle Club is proud to announce Vanetta Sipe as the 2018 Oakdale Rodeo Parade Grand Marshal. Lovingly known to many as “the corn dog lady,” Sipe has a long history with the Oakdale Saddle Club. She was born in Arnold, Nebraska in 1918.
