Oak Valley Community Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary of Oak Valley Bancorp (NASDAQ: OVLY), announced that Jim Nemmers has joined the Bank as Senior Vice President, Agricultural Loans. He will be based out of the 12th and I branch in downtown Modesto. Nemmers has over 30 years of commercial and agricultural lending experience.
