Gilton Solid Waste Management and the City of Oakdale will be having a Christmas tree pickup starting Monday, Jan. 7, 2013 and running through Jan. 19. The pickup of the trees will be the same day as the scheduled garbage pickup day.

All residents, including those that have alley garbage pickups, should place Christmas trees on the street at least one foot away from the curb and three feet away from Gilton trash cans. Residents need to remove any stand, tinsel, or ornaments, and all other decorations.
