An AARP, American Association of Retired Persons, four-hour refresher course is scheduled at the Oak Valley Hospital Medical Center, 1425 W. H St., on Wednesday, Aug. 10. Hours for the event are 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and attendees must have completed a previous eight-hour course. Taking the AARP Driver Safety renewal course will renew your three-year Driver Safety Course certificate and make you aware of changes in ourselves, driving laws, roads and new auto technologies.
