The East Stanislaus Fire Safe Council is resuming its meetings and projects development. Visit www.eaststanislausfiresafecouncil.com for council information and wild fire prevention instruction. The council is working to provide a community information meeting with local first responders including Oakdale Fire District, Sheriff, CHP, CalFire, and FEMA to be tentatively scheduled for late March or early April.

Unfortunately, the 2021 Peddler’s Faire in Knights Ferry is officially cancelled. The board feels it is in the best interest of all those who work diligently to plan the event. The Miller’s Hall is deeply disappointed but they look forward to the 2022 Peddler’s Faire! The Peddler’s Faire is the Miller’s Hall and the Knights Ferry Museum’s largest fundraiser. If you are interested in supporting the nonprofit, consider becoming a member of the Miller’s Hall and contact Heather Voortman!

The Knights Ferry Community Church is hosting a soup supper as they begin their season of Lent. The soup supper will be on Wednesday evenings at 6pm. Please note; it will not be “potluck” style as it has been in the past.
