A baby boy was born March 16, 2013 to expectant mother Elizabeth Vargas of Mexico.

The newborn weighed six pounds, 13 ounces upon arrival at Oak Valley Hospital.

Cecilia Laureano and Enrique Vargas of Mexico are the maternal grandparents.
