Ashley Frisby and Tony Suarez of Oakdale welcomed the arrival of their daughter, Rileyann Marie Suarez, on Jan. 29, 2012. The newborn weighed five pounds, 12 ounces upon arrival at Oak Valley Hospital.
Welcoming the newcomer home was older sister Roxyanna.
Marcie Frisby and Walter Tyler of Oakdale are the maternal grandparents.
