A boy, Isaiah Loaiza-Vazquez, was born Dec. 20, 2011 to expectant parents Luis Enrique Vazquez and Monica Vazquez of Oakdale. The newborn weighed eight pounds, seven ounces upon arrival at Oak Valley Hospital.
The mother is the former Monica Loaiza.
Welcoming the newcomer home was older sibling Martin.
Birtha Mayoral of Patterson is the maternal grandmother.
Enrigue A. Vazquez and Luz Maria of Mexico City are the paternal grandparents.
