Hazel M. Nelson, 94, died Sunday, April 6.

She was born in Minneapolis, Minn. She was a resident of Oakdale for 75 years.

Mrs. Nelson was a housewife and attended the Oakdale Church of the Nazarene.

She is survived by her child, Jerry Nelson of Oakdale; two grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and 10 great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ed Nelson.

A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, April 11 at Oaklawn Memorial Park, 421 N. Sierra, Oakdale.

Remembrances may be made in her name to Community Hospice, 4368 Spyres Way, Modesto.
