Gerald M. Armstrong was born in Williston, North Dakota on December 11, 1939, he passed away on September 30, 2014.  He lived in Oakdale for 73 years.  Gerald, worked for Hershey Foods for 33 years, retired in 1999. He then park hosted at Jacob Meyers Park in Riverbank, Ca.

   Gerald leaves behind his wife of 53 years Linda Armstrong; son Arnold (Arnie) Armstrong; daughter Kelly Martin; mother Cecilia Armstrong; sister Marge Lucas; grandchildren Kristy Martin and Melissa Kaderlik.    Gerald is preceded in death by his father Cecil Armstrong and grandson Michael Dean Martin.      Memorial Services will be held at the Gladys Lemmons Senior Center, 450 East A Street, Oakdale. Monday, October 20, 7-8pm.
