Doris M. Milam, 90, died in her sleep on Tuesday, Jan. 24 with her son and daughter-in-law by her side in Seaside, Oregon.
She was born in Modesto and lived in Seaside for 12 years.
Mrs. Milam was a secretary for the Oakdale School District prior to her retirement.
She was a member of Eastern Star, Knights Ferry Garden Club, and Native Daughters of the Golden West.
She is survived by her children, Howard E. (Bette) Milam, Donna Reavis; six grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas B. Milam; and parents, Harry and Clara Martin.
A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 11 at Knights Ferry Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the local food bank, animal shelter, hospice, or charity of choice.
