Carol McDowell, 76, passed away Oct. 8, 2018 of complications with Alzheimer’s. Carol was a long-time resident of Oakdale, living and working there for 41 years. She is survived by her husband, Bill; sister, Sandra; daughters, Susan and Marilyn; three granddaughters; and five great-grandchildren.

The family would like to make a special thanks to Astoria Senior Living and Memory Care and Optimal Hospice Care for all their care.
