Bobby Edward Goad, age 96 of Sparta, Missouri, died July 7, 2023. He was born March 30, 1927 in Borger, Texas, the son of William Francis and Susie Ann (Waller) Goad.

He is survived by his children, Brenda Flinn, Karen Morningstar, Ed Goad (Sandy), Robert Goad (Marcy), Kimberlin Hibbeln (Steve); 16 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; and four great-great grandchildren.

Bobby served his country in the U. S. Navy aboard the U.S.S. Heyliger in 1945. He was proud to have served his country.

He worked alongside his parents and family as a Mechanic at Franks Service Station in Riverbank, California.

Bobby loved to fish, hunt and spend time with his family.

A graveside service will be held at Lakewood Memorial on Thursday, July 13, 2023 at 11 a.m. in Hughson, California.
