Billie J. Elkins, 66, died Wednesday, Feb. 15.
She was born in Oklahoma, the daughter of Bill and Stella Hanson. She lived in Oakdale almost her entire life.
She is survived by her sons, Kenny, Alan, Kevin, and Luafton; sister, Evelyn (Jim) Carrasco; brother, Dennis Hanson; and 11 grandchildren.
Per her request there will be no funeral service. A celebration of life will be held in the spring.
